Secretariat

The role of the Secretariat is to oversee, review and guide the LEPC / CLPE to fulfill all contract deliverable and commitments. The Secretariat is responsible for the following:

  • Ensure that funding is being used for its intended purpose and that objectives stated in the agreement are being met;
  • Keep a record of progress and accomplishments to-date and maintain accurate financial records;
  • Submit required reports; and
  • Participate in monitoring and pilot evaluation exercises.
