Central Planning Table

The Central Planning Table (CPT) is the advisory body for the LEPC, representative of the varied community and stakeholder interests within our region. The NSWPB has always been committed to excellence in serving all communities within the District of Thunder Bay and supports the principles of independence, dignity, integration and equal opportunity and will continue to strive in ensuring the LEPC aligns with these values inclusive of the designated communities for the LEPC.

The CPT is required to be a strategic body and therefore for the purpose of selecting members to serve on the CPT the following factors were considered:

  • Vision;
  • Geographical areas of representation;
  • Populations representative of such groups as Francophones, Aboriginal, Women, Persons with Disabilities, Youth, Diversity, Employers, Industry, etc.; and
